Please be advised that Benjamin Sagadore and VanSEO charge interest rates on all late payments starting on the first day the payment is late.

Our interest rates are as follows:

0.150684% per day or 55% per year on any outstanding debt starting on the first day the payment is late. This amount is non negotiable.

Example:

Lets say you have an overdue balance of $1000.00 and it is 365 days past due. Your balance on the 366th day would be $1550.00.

We also charge an NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee of $40 for any non-sufficient funds. Cheque or otherwise. This amount is designed to cover administrative costs. “Non-sufficient funds” means we have not received the sufficient funds from you that you owe to us on the date specified in the contract.

It is your responcibility to maintain your agreement with us. There are costs as well as inconvieniences incured with late payments and as such we charge accordingly. Know your limits and set aside the money you need for the project and do not get in over your head.
